When you select Suunto from the provider list, this will correlate with Suunto App. If you created your account before December 1, 2020, you may have access to Suunto (MovesCount), which will need to be changed to Suunto.
We currently only support Suunto’s activities. If you are interested in steps, please contact us so that we can see some of your data for us to support the right capabilities.
You can do a Historic Sync and get all of our data with a Pro Account by editing your Suunto source and selecting from the toolbar.
If you have deleted your source or destinations from FitnessSyncer, we do not have access to your account anymore. Unfortunately, Suunto app will continue to show that you have a connection to FitnessSyncer. We recommend that you contact Suunto support for assistance.
