You can do a Historic Sync and get all of our data with a Pro Account by editing your iHealth source and selecting from the toolbar.
Intervals.icu requires that your activities have rich analytics such as GPS data, heart rate data, etc., to be uploaded. The easiest way to tell if your activities have this information is to use FitnessSyncer Stream on our website, and most activities with a download link for a GPX or TCX file can be used. If your exercise has this information, please contact us, and we’ll take a look.
Configure the source just like the above; however, because we take your average PulseOx in Garmin when sending it to TrainingPeaks, we recommend that you add a filter to your TrainingPeaks destination for Not Today to your Oxygen destination.
We would reocmmend that you import the data directly from Strava for best results.
We do not have a way to read it in, however, if you have an source that includes summary data, we will publish RHR data to Intervals.ICU.
